The business brain for regenerative farming

Locking in profits for mixed-use, ecological farms.

Vetch turns the practical business decisions of regenerative farming into a clear, actionable plan for profitability.

Why Vetch exists

Food security
Soil health
Biodiversity

The farms that can protect our food system are under pressure.

The UK’s food resilience, soil health and biodiversity are all weakening. Regenerative farming can reverse that by producing healthy local food while restoring living systems.

But ecological farms are often time-poor, complex businesses. Waiting for policy or underfunded support to catch up leaves too many growers exposed.

The commercial gap

THESE FARMS NEED TO OPERATE LIKE BUSINESSES.

Which is not in their nature. Vetch gives them the always-on commercial thinking that turns ecological practice into a viable, resilient business.

How it helps

GUIDANCE THAT MATCHES EACH FARM.

Vetch matches the financial reality and goals of each farm and turns it into practical actions: what to do first, how to increase margin and extend the growing season, and which route to market to prioritise.

Functionality roadmap

01

Plan for profitability

Business plans, financial plans and investment-readiness guidance — built for your farm, not templated.

02

Partner for growth

Shared distribution channels, land matching, and group bidding for incentive schemes.

03

Attract capital

Investor matching and a dedicated fund, connecting capital directly to the farms ready for it.

Technology

A proprietary dataset with AI as the interface.

Commercial knowledge gathered from farmers, experts, trade bodies and support organisations.

AI turns that knowledge into conversational, farm-specific guidance.

Real outcomes feed back into the system, making the advice sharper over time.
